What is it about wet days that make me feel dreary? When the sun shines everything seems right in the world. I don’t even mind the cold but when the sun is not out I feel out of sorts. Those sort of days are good for making casseroles and winter soups if it is cold. I usually stay indoors and catch up on my writing. There always seems to be a ceremony to edit or create. What especially makes me feel a bit crazy is the days when the wind is howling and it is drizzling. I don’t mind thunderstorms or heavy rain then the garden is happy and everything looks fresh. It is always nice to wake up next morning to the sun shining and the I cheer up again!
